1. Information We Collect

We collect account and contact details, usage data, onboarding responses, support communications, and other data needed to deliver and improve our services.

For AI Catalog Readiness, we collect the Shopify shop domain, app installation status, product catalog fields needed to score catalog readiness, generated scan reports, and webhook delivery proof. Version 1 does not request or store Shopify orders, customers, checkout, payments, discounts, fulfillment, or inventory history.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide services, process billing, support users, monitor performance, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

Product catalog data is used to show merchants where titles, descriptions, metadata, attributes, and image alt text may need cleanup. We do not sell merchant data, publish store reports, or use catalog data to make ranking, traffic, placement, or sales promises.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers, payment processors, and infrastructure partners that help us operate the platform under contractual safeguards.

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements.

When AI Catalog Readiness is uninstalled from a Shopify shop, the installation is marked inactive and product rescans stop. Merchants can request deletion of stored scan reports by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Contact us to submit requests.
