1. Services

M2 AI, LLC (d/b/a MeSquared) provides AI-enabled operational automation services, software features, and related support for business clients. Service scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in your order form or statement of work.

AI Catalog Readiness is a Shopify catalog review tool. It scans product catalog fields, scores readiness, and drafts cleanup suggestions. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, placement, sales, or inclusion in any shopping, search, or assistant product.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for account security, authorized use of your workspace, and the accuracy of information you provide. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

Shopify merchants remain responsible for reviewing catalog suggestions before making product-page changes. Version 1 of AI Catalog Readiness is read-only and does not update products automatically.

3. Fees and Billing

Subscription fees are billed as stated in your selected plan. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable and due on the billing date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services for unlawful activity, infringement, abuse, or any activity that may disrupt system integrity or performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M2 AI, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

6. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
